Green Monster Smoothie
I've been wanting to try one of these for a while and finally got around to making one over the weekend.
Mine consists of:
2 cups baby spinach
1 banana
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 spoonful of peanut butter
1 individual container of Okios greek yogurt in vanilla (I think it's 4.5 oz)
I blended everything together and ta-da green monster smoothie. The banana is really powerful so it tasted just like a banana smoothie. I think next time I will add a few strawberries and blueberries to the mix.
