My first ever crock pot meal! This was very rich and very delicious! I found this recipe over at Just Get Off Your Butt and Bake (click HERE for the recipe). As you can see I put the chicken over steamed white rice and added a side of garlic pepper green beans for my veggie (these are my favorite green beans ever!).
What I changed from the recipe:
- only 3 chicken breasts
- no red pepper flakes
- onion powder instead of an onion
- garlic powder instead of minced garlic
I will definitely be making this again. I can't wait to eat the leftovers...yum!
