Saturday, 3/16 - Rest - Sick Day but feeling much better

Sunday, 3/17 - 3k walk with just a tiny bit of running (201 calories burned)

Monday, 3/18 - Rest - dinner and a movie with a friend!

Tuesday, 3/19 - 40 min elliptical while watching the end of Pitch Perfect from my last elliptical day (no hrm)

Wednesday, 3/20 - Rest

Thursday, 3/21 - 30 minute stride machine (361 calories burned)

Friday, 3/22 - 30 min Circuit workout (459 calories burned)

Made this circuit up on the fly...I feel like I haven't worked on my legs much the past 2 weeks so I concentrated on that area...20 sumo squats, 50 toe taps on bosu ball, 20 plie squats with weights on bosu ball, 50 jumping jacks, 20 around the world lunges (10 sets each leg) and 10 v-ups followed by 10 reverse crunches
