Thursday, 3/7 - Rest...I was so worn out from the rodeo the night before all I wanted to do was lay on the couch in my sweats :)

Friday, 3/8 - Back work plus 20 mins on the treadmill. (489 calories burned) I had another ADD treadmill session where I went from walking to trying to run at a steady pace to 30 seconds sprints then back to walking and one more attempt at running.

Saturday, 3/9 - Rest? I was on my feet all day hosting a baby shower

Sunday, 3/10 - 65 min Elliptical (678 calories burned) Brought my iPad to the gym with me thinking there was WiFi so I could watch netflix and see what all the fuss is about the show Pretty Little Liars. However, when I got there I couldn't find an internet signal...boo. So instead I started watching Pitch Perfect for the 9th time (I still love it!!)

Monday, 3/11 - Sweat it Out Cardio & Abs Circuit plus 17 mins on the lazy man bike to round out 45 mins total (496 calories burned)

Tuesday, 3/12 - Rest - Rodeo Day!!

Wednesday, 3/13 - Rest - sick day

Thursday, 3/14 - Rest - sick day

Friday, 3/15 - Rest - sick day

Well I kind of look lazy this past week. All day Tuesday I had a scratchy throat, but didn't think much of it until we actually got to the rodeo and it had become really painful. I didn't sing, cheer or yell the whole time and yet I still lost my voice. I went from sounding like a normal girl to sounding like a man...talk about scary. Wednesday and Thursday as soon as I got home from work I laid on the couch and took a nice little nap until about 7:45! And I plan on doing that again today... Here's to hoping I'm back on my feet by Monday :)
