Saturday, 3/23 - Bicep/Triceps and 20 min HIIT 30 second sprints on treadmill (416 calories burned)

Bicep/Tricep workout - all done with 10 lb weights...totally burned out my arms - 3 rounds of 20 bicep curls, 20 tricep extentions (each arm), 40 alternating hammer curls (20 each arm), 20 tricep kickbacks, 10 bicep extentions

Sunday, 3/24 - Rest day...went and saw Jersey Boys with my mom and her sisters. It was a great show! If it is coming to a city near you, I would suggest going. You might be surprised how many songs you actually know!

Monday, 3/25 - 40 elliptical incline 10 resistance 7 (429 calories burned)

Tuesday, 3/26 - Rest day

Wednesday, 3/27 - Rest day...I had every intention on working out this day. I got home and put my workout gear on then sat in the recliner with the heating pad on my arm and fell asleep! I can't believe it! I was asleep with the tv on and everything...so not like me...ha ha

Thursday, 3/28 - 30 min elliptical (358 calories burned)

Friday, 3/29 - one round of the Goddess routine from Tone It Up for a warm up followed by 30 mins of 30 sec treadmill sprints (472 calories burned)
