Thursday, 2/28 - Decemburrr Circuit (426 calories burned) this completely destroyed my hamstrings for about 3 days...ouch
Friday, 3/1 - 30 min stride machine (337 calories burned) not sure if it was because of my hamstrings hurting or lack of energy, but I had a hard time getting my heart rate up this day...I've actually noticed lately that I'm burning fewer calories than normal....hmmmmm
Saturday, 3/2 - Rest
Sunday, 3/3 - Rest...now I had every intention of working out or at least going on a run BUT instead I sat on the couch all day watching the entire first season of Homeland...talk about addicting!!!
Monday, 3/4 - Monday Night Circuit (created by moi on the fly) followed by a little ab work (356 calories burned) I didn't add what weights I used to the below exercises, but for non cardio ones I used 10 pound dumbbells. Probably should have gone with 15 pound dumbbells for the two chest exercises, but since I hadn't done chest work in a while I didn't want to over due it. I was/am still a little sore so I know I was working something!
Tuesday, 3/5 - Cardio Barefoot Flow (didn't wear my heart rate monitor)
Wednesday, 3/6 - Rest...Going to the Rodeo!! woo hoo! Maybe I should count all the walking I'll do there as my workout?!?!
