Rodeo - Chris Young

This was my last rodeo for the year :( Minus the not so great weather and a sound board (or something) going out during the concert, this was still a really good rodeo.

The company I work for sponsors a cowboy and I actually got to see him compete in one of his events...Steer Wrestling. He had put down a really good time, but they called a penalty on him for body checking the steer or something so he didn't get a score...boooooo!

I really tried hard to get a picture of a cowboy still on a bull and the bull kicking and this is the best I got. Either the cowboy had already fallen off or the bull had it's butt to me...ha ha.

This was Chris Young's first time performing at the rodeo and the first time I've ever seen him in concert...yay!

So you see that camera man with the really long camera?!?! Well he was always in my way...grrr...didn't he know I was trying to take pictures?!?! ha ha

He opened with "Save Water Drink Beer" and closed with "Tomorrow" and of course sang all his other hits in between, some of which I knew and some I didn't. I guess you could say I didn't do my "homework" before this performance...ha ha...oh well next time I'll be more prepared to sing my heart out. 

Rodeo came and went so fast for me that I'm ready for next year...ha ha...I can't wait to see who will be in the line up when it's announced next January...ha ha...let the countdown begin!
