No Pudge Fudge Brownies

I've been wanting to try these for a long time but always ended up getting a box of funfetti mix (what can I say that stuff is good!) I was invited over for dinner and knew the family was on a health kick, but I still wanted to bring a dessert and figured this was the perfect time to try these babies out.

I picked up two boxes of the mix in order to use my 9x13 perfect brownie pan and a carton of of Light n Fit vanilla yogurt. These are probably the easiest brownies to make. And with no eggs the batter is safe to eat (not that eggs have ever stopped me before...ha ha)!

These are so moist and fudge like! They are definitely my new favorite brownie! Of course, I wouldn't turn down a traditional brownie, but these don't make me feel as guilty...he he he.

Has anyone else ever tried these?
