Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ready to go into the oven

Little bites of deliciousness

Ever since I had the Red Velvet pizookie at BJ's Brewhouse I've been dying to make them myself. These are made the same way as Funfetti cookies.

What you need:

1 box Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup of veg. oil
1/2 a bag of white chocolate chips

What to do:

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add the white chocolate chips. Use a cookie scoop or roll the dough into small balls and place about an inch apart on your cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes at 375 degrees F.

The cookies will be puffy when you first take them out, but they will fall a bit. They are good cool, but I prefer to zap them for 10 seconds in the microwave before indulging in one two three. Enjoy!
