Can't decide if this should be for birthdays or summer or just when I feel like looking at a multitude of colors...ha ha
My ultimate vote is for it to be a birthday wreath (hence why I'm posting it now).
It's super easy to make...all you need are balloons, floral pins and a straw wreath. All of this can be found at Hobby Lobby and don't forget to use a coupon!
I saw how to make one here, but I ended up using 4 bags of 72 count balloons instead of 2...guess I like to make things fuller...ha ha. I also used a 14" wreath form.
All you do is take a balloon and pin it arround its middle to the wreath using the floral pins.
