Cake Batter Balls

How mouth watering do these puppies look?!?! YUM-O

If you've been following along you know that lately I've been into the super simple cooking and baking. These have got to be the easiest things ever! And guess what?!?! NO BAKING!! The hardest part was not eating all the sprinkles before putting them on (what can I say...I have a slight sprinkle obsession).

I saw the recipe for these on one of Craft-O-Maniac's Monday link parties. The recipe is from CaribbeanMissionaryWife. Click here to look it over.

I used Funfetti cake mix (like the original recipe), store brand sweetened condensed milk, red vanilla melting chips (from Hobby Lobby) and rainbow sprinkles.

All you do is mix 1 cup of the cake mix with 1/4 cup of the milk and stir it until it becomes doughy. Then stick them in the freezer for a couple of minutes while you melt your chocolate/vanilla. Roll each ball in the chocolate/vanilla, set on wax paper and sprinkle your sprinkles on top. Store them in the fridge and you're done!

Don't you just want to inhale that fluffiness??

Tip: I roll each dough ball around with a spoon one at a time and then use two toothpicks to pick it out. I also put the sprinkles on right away.
